We shall revert via email or phone within 24 hours to confirm the availability of the product,/confirm booking to avoid double booking of the same item. Wait for our confirmation reply of pricing / item availability / bank account details. DO NOT make any payment before receiving our confirmation.
Payment
Upon availability of the item, full payment is needed to book your desired item. Please be considerate to pay once you have confirmed your purchase.
Payments are to be made to a MBB account. We will send you the banking information once you’ve confirmed your order. Your order will be cancelled & items will be released for sale again if payment is not made WITHIN 48 HOURS/2 DAYS of order sent.
Shipping
We currently ship within Malaysia by Pos Laju. Items will be shipped within one or two days after full payment received. We will not be responsible for any damages or losses during shipping. You will be given a PosLaju tracking number to track your package delivery date.
Shipping charges are RM7 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM9 for Sabah and RM10 for Sarawak.
